Post navigation 4 Comments What a great topic, Karin! I love the management team that you’ve pulled collectively…a must for millennials and leadership of all ages. And congratulations on your Southeast Asia tourâ€"you're Winning Well! Thanks a lot LaRae, We are having a blast working with Winning Well leaders all over the world. We’re really excited for the Asia tour! Admittedly I didn't watch the entire video. I did hear so much about sales and advertising within the first 20 min. Here’s sales in three sentences: See a necessity. Fill a necessity. Make the sale. Source: I used to promote REALLY expensive software in three languages in over 12 nations and now run a mid-sized worldwide business of my own creation with purchasers like Amazon and US Federal Government. There is nothing “wrong” per se on this vid, it just occurs to me as A LOT of speaking to stipulate one easy sales idea. People are folks, regardless of generations. We need and need the identical things. I am of the mind that one of the best salespeople know this and know tips on how to speak to folks in such a means that shows them they get their wants, who they are as people and organizations, and so forth. Millennials are people. Boomers are individuals. Xers are people. We divide things as much as much in America. Obsessed with id. Perhaps it’s time to let it go and move on to extra interesting things. One center-aged man’s 2 cents. Peace. Justin, Thanks for weighing in. You heard our main message…. persons are people, get to know them, understand them, help them understand you. It does appear so easy, and YET…. David and I are constantly asked to help companies who are struggling to Win Well throughout generations. Opening up communication and growing a clear path forward really does make a difference.
